Pengaruh Insentif dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tugu Utara 05 Jakarta Utara

This research is motivated by a notable disparity in the productivity
of educators and education personnel at State Elementary School
Tugu Utara 05, North Jakarta. Although high scores are observed on
indicators such as loyalty and discipline, delays in task completion
and inefficiencies in time management persist. This disparity is
closely linked to two fundamental aspects that are often overlooked:
disproportionate incentives and inadequate work facilities. Field
observations reveal that the fulfillment of basic employee needs, both
financial and environmental, has not sufficiently reinforced the
existing work spirit, thereby hindering the achievement of overall
productivity. A quantitative approach was employed, with data
collected through a questionnaire that had passed validity and
reliability testing. The total sampling method was applied to the entire
population of 21 individuals, yielding 20 active educators and
education personnel as respondents. Data analysis was conducted
using multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows version 29.
The findings indicate that: (1) incentives have a positive and
significant effect on productivity, with a significance value of 0.000
and a contribution of 83.6%; (2) work facilities also have a positive
and significant effect on productivity, with a significance value of
0.014 and a contribution of 63.7%; and (3) simultaneously, incentives
and work facilities have a positive and significant effect on
productivity, with a significance value of 0.000 and an R² value of
88.6%, while the remaining 11.4% is influenced by other factors
outside the scope of this research. These findings reinforce the
argument that optimal productivity does not rely solely on internal
work ethic, but also on the structural support provided by the school
system itself. Fair incentives and adequate work facilities are proven
to be strategic prerequisites for tangible performance improvements
in primary education settings. Targeted interventions in these two
areas are essential to ensure that high work motivation can be
effectively translated into measurable and high-quality output.
