The State Asset Management Information System (SIMAN) is one of the technological innovations developed by the Ministry of Finance for the management of state assets, aimed at making the management of state wealth in the form of assets more effective and optimal, thereby achieving the objectives of budget discipline, particularly those related to assets. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design and data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the SIMAN at the Regional I Tangerang Airport Authority Office in Banten during the 2024 period has been carried out in accordance with Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 118 of 2023 regarding Guidelines for the Management of State-Owned Assets Using the State Asset Management Information System, however, the implementation has not been maximized due to communication constraints, resulting in corrections to asset records and two unused features in the SIMAN application: the Insurance feature and the printing of billing codes for asset utilization.
